Cynthia Holmes, Advance Certified FAST Trainer has trained over 50 sites throughout the Country to implement the Families and Schools Together Program.  She is currently employed with The Hampton Group, where she is the Regional Director for Broward County. She is married with two children’s and a proud grandmother of one. She currently holds a Masters Degree from University of Phoenix and is pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Education Leadership. Cynthia’s goal for State of Florida is to one day have a Florida initiative implementing the FAST Program.
